Its not often that a West Ham fan can say 'we are top of the league' but according to analysis by brokers Pure Commercial Finance property values in the area around the London Stadium (formerly known as the Olympic Stadium) have soared, putting the Irons (COYI) top of the 'property premier league'!
Development of the Olympic Park continues at a pace and it is believed once complete will include university facilities, a V&A museum, a facility for Sadler's Wells theatre and new BBC studios with as many as 35,000 people working at the Park.
With the ongoing development and increased numbers of people employed in the area it seems that the value of residential property will continue to increase with the possibility that West Ham could be top of the league for some time!
