About Me

I am Head of Housing and Residential Litigation and LSAssetProtect at Lewis Silkin LLP and primarily work in two areas protecting our client's assets:

  • I act for many of landlords on all residential management issues, including anti-social behaviour, non-occupation and sublet (tenancy fraud), leasehold and service charge issues, whilst advising on non-contentious policy/procedure issues.
  • I also have a significant practice dealing with protestors, protecting our clients' property, their brand, customers and staff from protestors, their demonstrations and campaigns. This often involves seeking injunctions to restrain and limit the behaviour of protestors under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
