About Me

I am Head of Housing Litigation and dispute resolution at Lewis Silkin LLP and primarily work in two areas protecting our client's assets:

  • I act for many of our landlord clients on all housing management issues, including anti-social behaviour non-occupation and sublet (tenancy fraud), leasehold and service charge issues, whilst advising on non-contentious policy/procedure issues.
  • I also have a significant practice dealing with protestors, protecting our clients' property, their brand, customers and staff from protestors, their demonstrations and campaigns. This often involves seeking injunctions to restrain and limit the behaviour of protestors under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
